Drink factory: the best recipes to celebrate International Tequila Day

Mexico's most representative drink is celebrated internationally on 24 July and for this, Jose Cuervo shares with you some of its best recipes to celebrate it as it should be celebrated and to highlight the pride of the Mexican drink, a world icon, tequila.

Organic Pigeon with Traditional Crystal Pigeon

Ingredients:

60 ml. Tequila Jose Cuervo Traditional Cristalino
60 ml. Natural grapefruit juice
25 ml. Lemon juice
15 ml. Agave honey
Ice
Pinch of salt
Garnish: Grapefruit slice

Preparation:
Add all the ingredients in a glass with salt-frosted ice cubes: Tequila Jose Cuervo Tradicional Cristalino, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave honey.

Stir in the ingredients with a bar spoon.

A slice of grapefruit can be used as decoration.

Margot with 1800 Cristalino

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons sugar
30 ml Lime
30 ml Italian aperitif (aperol)
45 ml 1800 Crystalline
Sugar and citrus frosting

Preparation:
Add all the ingredients in a shaker.

Shake and serve in a glass frosted with lemon and sugar.

Crubaby with BabyMango Blue

Ingredients:

2 oz BabyMango Blue
Juice of 1 lemon
Beer Top
Frost: Himalayan salt, Tajin and chamoy

Preparation:

Frost your favourite glass with chamoy, Tajin and Himalayan salt.

Add the 60ml BabyMango Blue, the juice of 1 lemon and finish with clear beer.

It is a very fresh and simple cocktail to make, it is recommended that Azul BabyMango is well chilled to enhance its flavour.

Cha cha Mango with BabyMango Blue

Ingredients:

1 oz BabyMango Blue
Top orange juice
Top orange soda
Chamoy
Frosting: Honey and mango crumble

Preparation:

For this shot, a 2 ounces capacity shot glass is a must.

Frost with a base of honey and mango flavoured miguelito, top with an ounce of BabyMango Blue, half orange juice and half orange soda, and top with chamoy to maximise the flavour.

Remember that all liquid ingredients must be very cold.
