Esos que preparaban con chiles, condimentos y alguna prote\u00edna, como res, cerdo o pollo.<\/p>\n<p>El secreto del saz\u00f3n var\u00eda dependiendo la regi\u00f3n de cada estado. La receta es de mi familia y ha pasado de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n. Espero lo disfrutes tanto como yo.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18288\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-18288\" style=\"width: 390px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-18288\" src=\"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/adobo-1-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-18288\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Ana Karen Cid.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h6>Ingredientes:<\/h6>\n<p>1 kg costillas de puerco<br \/>\n8 chile ancho<br \/>\n4 chiles guajillo<br \/>\n1 Cebolla<br \/>\n3 ajos<br \/>\n2 jitomates<br \/>\n4 pimientas gordas<br \/>\n4 clavitos<br \/>\n10 almendras<br \/>\n15 Pasas<br \/>\n1\/4 raja de canela<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de manteca<br \/>\n2 cucharadas Knor Suiza<br \/>\n1 cucharada de sal<\/p>\n<h6>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h6>\n<p>Los chiles se deben lavar, desvenar, asar y remojar en agua caliente por 10 mins.<br \/>\nPicar en 3 o 4 partes la cebolla, los jitomates y los ajos<br \/>\nPelar las almendras<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18289\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-18289\" style=\"width: 268px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-18289\" src=\"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/adobo-2-278x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"278\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-18289\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Ana Karen Cid.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>En un sart\u00e9n caliente, agregar aceite de cocina, y una vez que est\u00e9 bien caliente, agregar la cebolla, los jitomates, los ajos, las almendras, las pimientas, los clavitos, las pasas y la canela.<\/p>\n<p>Fre\u00edr unos 15 minutos, aproximadamente, hasta que est\u00e9n todos los ingredientes bien incorporados<\/p>\n<p>En la licuadora vamos a poner, poco a poco, todo lo de sart\u00e9n que ya fre\u00edmos con un poquito de agua, primero se ponen los chiles y despu\u00e9s todo lo del sart\u00e9n<\/p>\n<p>Poner en partes (ya que no cabe todo) e irle agregando un poco de agua<\/p>\n<p>En una olla express, poner la manteca (si no tienes, puedes ocupar aceite) agregar la salsa de la licuadora y ponerle dos cucharadas de Knor Suiza y una de sal (tienes que ir probando)<\/p>\n<p>Lo dejas hervir con lumbre alta, y ya que empiece a chillar, se le agregan las costillas, se vuelve a tapar y aproximadamente lo dejas unos 15 o 20 minutos m\u00e1s. Dependiendo tu olla express.<\/p>\n<p>Te recomiendo combinar este guisado con un arroz blanco, tortillas reci\u00e9n hechas y frijoles refritos.
