{"id":71364,"date":"2021-04-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/weekend-chef-chiles-gueros-rellenos-al-estilo-the-cape-thompson-hotel\/"},"modified":"2021-04-23T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T00:00:00","slug":"weekend-chef-chiles-gueros-rellenos-al-estilo-the-cape-thompson-hotel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/pt\/2021\/04\/23\/weekend-chef-chiles-gueros-rellenos-al-estilo-the-cape-thompson-hotel\/","title":{"rendered":"Weekend chef: Chiles g\u00fceros rellenos al estilo The Cape, Thompson Hotel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Si este fin de semana te quedar\u00e1s en casa, el chef V\u00edctor Garrido, a cargo de las creaciones de la cocina de\u00a0<b>The Cape, a Thompson Hotel<\/b>, te comparte una deliciosa y f\u00e1cil receta de\u00a0<b>Chiles g\u00fceros rellenos<\/b>, que puedes encontrar en el nuevo men\u00fa de\u00a0<b>Sunken Bar.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingredientes para los chiles:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">3 piezas de chile g\u00fcero escalfado y sin semilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">40 g. de camar\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">10 g. de cebolla<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">10 g. de ajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">100 ml. de vino blanco<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">50 g. de queso asadero<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">40 g. de pulpa de cangrejo<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">20 ml. de aceite de olivo<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">40 g. de pulpo cocido<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">sal y pimienta al gusto<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Procedimiento:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">En una sart\u00e9n caliente agrega el aceite de olivo, despu\u00e9s acitrona la cebolla y el ajo a fuego medio por al menos 2 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Agrega \u00a0los mariscos y sazona con sal y pimienta por 2 minutos, para despu\u00e9s verter el vino blanco hasta que reduzca en su totalidad. Ret\u00edralo del calor y ponlo a reposar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Abre los chiles previamente escalfados sin semilla y rell\u00e9nalos con el estofado de mariscos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Una vez rellenos los chiles, agrega el queso asadero y ponlos a hornea hasta gratinar el queso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Finalmente, col\u00f3calos en un plato con la salsa agridulce de piloncillo a un lado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Decora con cebolla morada en media luna y hojas de cilantro.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingredientes para la salsa:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">40 g. de chile pasilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">40 g. de chile guajillo<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">50 g. de tomate saladet<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">30 g. de cebolla blanca<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">100 ml. de cerveza oscura<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">60 g. de piloncillo<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Procedimiento:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">En una olla pon a cocer la cebolla y el jitomate por 4 minutos a fuego medio.
