La receta es original de Juan Jos\u00e9 Ju\u00e1rez, chef ejecutivo del restaurante Mar de Fondo, en Los Cabos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8 camarones 26-30 limpios<br \/>\n5 grs de r\u00e1bano en rodaja<br \/>\n5 grs pepino rebanado<br \/>\n5 grs de j\u00edcama rebanada<br \/>\n3 grs de cilantro<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salsa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50 grs de cebolla quemada<br \/>\n30 grs de zanahoria quemada<br \/>\n2 dientes de ajo quemado<br \/>\n2 chiles serranos quemados<br \/>\n80 ml de cerveza obscura<br \/>\n40 ml de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Limpia los camarones crudos. Rebana los vegetales que servir\u00e1n para la decoraci\u00f3n y la guarnici\u00f3n.<br \/>\nHornea la cebolla, el ajo, los chiles y la zanahoria hasta que se quemen.<br \/>\nLicua estos ingredientes con el jugo de lim\u00f3n y la cerveza, en una velocidad media para que no te salpique.<br \/>\nSazona los camarones con un poco de lim\u00f3n, sal y pimienta y col\u00f3calos en un plat\u00f3n. Deja marinar 5 minutos.
