{"id":70422,"date":"2020-11-27T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-27T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/weekend-chef-chiles-pasilla-de-otono\/"},"modified":"2020-11-27T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-11-27T00:00:00","slug":"weekend-chef-chiles-pasilla-de-otono","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/it\/2020\/11\/27\/weekend-chef-chiles-pasilla-de-otono\/","title":{"rendered":"WEEKEND CHEF: CHILES PASILLA DE OTO\u00d1O"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"ax_single_binder_content cc_cursor\">\n<div class=\"ax_special ax_ingredientes cc_cursor\">\n<div class=\"ax_special_binder cc_cursor\">\n<div>\n<p>Prepara este platillo dise\u00f1ado especialmente para la temporada de la mano de una experta: la chef Zahie T\u00e9llez, embajadora de Supra, quien nos lleva de la mano en la elaboraci\u00f3n de este maravillosa receta.<\/p>\n<h6><b>CHILES PASILLA DE OTO\u00d1O<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ax_special_binder_text cc_cursor\"><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Para los chiles<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 chiles pasilla<\/li>\n<li>250 gramos de carne molida de res<\/li>\n<li>250 gramos de carne molida de cerdo<\/li>\n<li>90 gramos de nueces partidas a la mitad<\/li>\n<li>50 gramos de pasas<\/li>\n<li>2 manzanas peladas y partidas en cubos<\/li>\n<li>2 rebanadas de pi\u00f1a partida en cubos<\/li>\n<li>150 gramos de jitomate picado finamente<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cebolla blanca picada finamente<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo picados<\/li>\n<li>c\/n de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 barra de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>2 clavos de olor<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucharada de canela<\/li>\n<li>c\/n de pimienta<\/li>\n<li>c\/n de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Para la salsa<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gramos de almendras peladas<\/li>\n<li>250 gramos de queso de cabra<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de leche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"ax_special ax_procedimiento\">\n<div class=\"ax_special_binder\">\n<div class=\"ax_special_binder_text\"><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Limpiar los chiles y retirar venas y semillas.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar agua hasta el hervor y sumergir los chiles durante 5 minutos. Apartar.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar aceite en una sart\u00e9n, agregar la carne de res y cerdo. Sazonar con sal y una vez cocidas, retirar del fuego.<\/li>\n<li>En aceite caliente colocar la cebolla y el ajo, una vez dorados agregar jitomate y cocinar durante dos minutos. Mezclar las carnes con esta preparaci\u00f3n y cocinar a temperatura baja.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar en otro sart\u00e9n mantequilla y fre\u00edr manzana, pero, nueces y pasas.
