{"id":70154,"date":"2020-10-28T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/informa-aeromexico-resultados-del-tercer-trimestre-del-2020\/"},"modified":"2020-10-28T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-10-28T00:00:00","slug":"informa-aeromexico-resultados-del-tercer-trimestre-del-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/it\/2020\/10\/28\/informa-aeromexico-resultados-del-tercer-trimestre-del-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Informa Aerom\u00e9xico resultados del tercer trimestre del 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aerom\u00e9xico entreg\u00f3 a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores su informe de <strong>resultados financieros correspondientes al tercer trimestre del 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La aerol\u00ednea alcanz\u00f3 ventas por $4,670 millones de<\/strong> <strong>pesos<\/strong> durante el periodo reportado, un incremento del 79.1% respecto del trimestre anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el tercer trimestre de 2020<strong>, Aerom\u00e9xico gener\u00f3 un flujo de efectivo positivo por $108 millones de pesos<\/strong> derivado de sus actividades de operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Al 30 de septiembre de 2020, el saldo en la caja, incluyendo efectivo restringido, fue de $7,793 millones de pesos, aproximadamente $352 millones de d\u00f3lares,<strong> lo que represent\u00f3 un \u00edndice de 20.2% sobre los ingresos operativos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en los \u00faltimos 12 meses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el transcurso del periodo que se reporta, la aerol\u00ednea oper\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 21 mil 600 vuelos que representaron <strong>un incremento de 173% respecto del trimestre anterior<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n atendi\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 1.8 millones de pasajeros, es decir, <strong>un 253% m\u00e1s que en el segundo trimestre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En dicho periodo la compa\u00f1\u00eda continu\u00f3 operando vuelos ch\u00e1rter, <strong>que al cierre de septiembre sumaron 232<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>operaciones<\/strong> en las que se transportaron m\u00e1s de 3,600 toneladas de insumos m\u00e9dicos esenciales para M\u00e9xico y otros 15 pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>25 de estas operaciones se realizaron en coordinaci\u00f3n <strong>con la Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18504\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-18504\" style=\"width: 1910px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18504 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/eduardo-cano-photo-co-VMMGEKZfhe0-unsplash-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-18504\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Unsplash<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h6>El mercado muestra recuperaci\u00f3n<\/h6>\n<p>Durante el tercer trimestre del a\u00f1o, <strong>Aerom\u00e9xico tuvo avances muy relevantes en el proceso voluntario de reestructura financiera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Esta inici\u00f3 el pasado 30 de junio bajo el Cap\u00edtulo 11 de la Ley de los Estados Unidos, <strong>y los sucesos m\u00e1s relevantes fueron los siguientes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuidad de sus operaciones respetando los boletos y beneficios de sus clientes.<\/li>\n<li>Continuidad en el pago de salarios y prestaciones a colaboradores.<\/li>\n<li>Continuidad en el pago de bienes y servicios a los proveedores.<\/li>\n<li>Continuidad en el pago de obligaciones fiscales.<\/li>\n<li>Acuerdos con tenedores de CEBURES de largo y corto plazo para el pago de obligaciones.<\/li>\n<li>Acuerdos con arrendadores de aviones y motores para la modificaci\u00f3n y terminaci\u00f3n de contratos.<\/li>\n<li>Autorizaci\u00f3n interina de la Corte para obtener un Financiamiento Preferencial (DIP Financing) por parte de Apollo Global Management Inc.
