Enfr\u00edala en hielo<\/p>\n<p>Mezcla todos los ingredientes en un bowl. Rellena las hojas de arroz previamente remojadas en agua.<\/p>\n<h6>Para la ensalada:<\/h6>\n<p>50 gr de alubias cocidas en agua con sal y cebolla. Deben de quedar al dente<\/p>\n<p>50 gr de frijol negro cocido en agua con sal y cebolla. Deben de quedar al dente<\/p>\n<p>1 pieza de aguacate<\/p>\n<p>Hojas de cilantro<\/p>\n<p>1 lim\u00f3n amarillo<\/p>\n<p>Integra todos los ingredientes en un bowl. Esta mezcla acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 la comida, col\u00f3cala en uno de los lados del plato.<\/p>\n<h6>Para el gazpacho de coco y palmitos<\/h6>\n<p>100 gr pur\u00e9 de fruta de la pasi\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>12 lata de leche de coco<\/p>\n<p>2 piezas de palmito de lata<\/p>\n<p>Sal y pimienta<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de olivo<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de cilantro<\/p>\n<p>100 gr de nuez de la india tostada<\/p>\n<p>Mezcla todo en un bowl ydeja a un lado.<\/p>\n<p>Para el emplatado:<\/p>\n<p>Coloca primero los<em> spring rolls,<\/em> despu\u00e9s la ensalada de alubias y frijol, a un costado de los rollos. Finaliza con el gazpacho.
