Su llegada fue el primer paso en una transformaci\u00f3n que llev\u00f3 a la escuder\u00eda de ser un proyecto emergente a convertirse en una de las dinast\u00edas m\u00e1s dominantes de la historia de la F\u00f3rmula 1. La gesti\u00f3n de Horner, especialmente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, acumul\u00f3 tensiones con figuras internas clave, como Helmut Marko y el entorno familiar de Verstappen, y termin\u00f3 afectando la estabilidad del equipo a todos los niveles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Esc\u00e1ndalos, presiones y una ca\u00edda de rendimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2024, Horner enfrent\u00f3 una&nbsp;<strong>investigaci\u00f3n interna por conducta inapropiada<\/strong>, un caso que aunque result\u00f3 en su absoluci\u00f3n por parte de Red Bull GmbH, dej\u00f3 fracturas visibles en la estructura del equipo y una ola de desconfianza tanto interna como medi\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A eso se sum\u00f3 una ca\u00edda en el rendimiento. Red Bull pas\u00f3 de arrasar en 2023 a ocupar el&nbsp;<strong>cuarto lugar en el campeonato de constructores en 2025<\/strong>, con solo dos victorias para Verstappen en la temporada y un rendimiento por debajo de lo esperado frente al crecimiento de McLaren, Ferrari y Mercedes. Esta baja en resultados amplific\u00f3 las fricciones ya existentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de la escuder\u00eda, el ambiente se volvi\u00f3 insostenible. La presi\u00f3n sobre Horner creci\u00f3 no solo por lo que ocurr\u00eda en pista, sino por su estilo de liderazgo y los da\u00f1os colaterales de su permanencia. Su llegada representa un giro hacia una estructura m\u00e1s horizontal y menos personalista.
