Y es que imag\u00ednate, existen m\u00e1s de 10 mil tipos de arroz en todo el mundo, todos de diferente forma, color, tama\u00f1o y tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p>El que vamos a preparar es de los m\u00e1s pedidos en los restaurantes italianos, ya que su sabor cremoso se potencializa con los champi\u00f1ones, las setas y la trufa, que pudimos conseguir en <a href=\"https:\/\/abastofresh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Abasto Fresh<\/strong><\/a>. <em>\u00a1Preparati a cucinare e buon appetito!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_13670\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13670\" style=\"width: 215px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-13670\" src=\"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/risotto-05-225x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"400\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-13670\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Ana Karen Cid.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 gr risotto Zaphron<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cdita de Crema de Trufa Zaphron (al igual que el risotto, lo encuentras en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/abastofresh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Abasto Fresh<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>2 dientes de ajo finamente picados<\/p>\n<p>1 cebolla finamente picada<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 litro de caldo de pollo<\/p>\n<p>100 ml vino blanco<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen<\/p>\n<p>5 gr de sal<\/p>\n<p>5 gr de pimienta<\/p>\n<p>80 gr de mantequilla<\/p>\n<p>250 gr de setas<\/p>\n<p>250 gr champi\u00f1ones<\/p>\n<p>80 gr de parmesano rallado<\/p>\n<p>2 cda de nata l\u00edquida o crema de leche<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_13675\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13675\" style=\"width: 390px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-13675\" src=\"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/risotto-03-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-13675\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Ana Karen Cid.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. En una arrocera, poner 40 g mantequilla, dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen y esperar a que caliente unos segundos.<\/p>\n<p>2. Agregar los ajos, la cebolla, las setas y los champi\u00f1ones finamente picados, la sal y la pimienta molida fresca. Sazonar hasta que todos los ingredientes queden acitronaditos.<\/p>\n<p>3. Una vez que los ingredientes est\u00e1n incorporados, agregar el risotto con medio vasito de vino blanco y dejar por un minuto.<\/p>\n<p>4. Es momento de incorporar el caldo de pollo, pero lo haremos poco a poco, primero de uno a dos cucharones de caldo, y tapar por unos segundos a fuego medio.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_13681\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13681\" style=\"width: 390px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-13681\" src=\"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/risotto-04-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-13681\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Ana Karen Cid.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>5. Seguir a\u00f1adiendo el caldo de pollo con el mismo procedimiento a medida que se consuma todo el caldo. Este procedimiento dura 20 minutos, aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p>6. Cuando ya est\u00e9 listo nuestro risotto, bajar toda la lumbre y agregarle 40 g de mantequilla, la nata l\u00edquida o crema de leche, el queso parmesano rallado y la Crema de Trufa Zaphron.<\/p>\n<p>7. Revolver bien, tapar y apagar la lumbre para que terminen de incorporarse todos los ingredientes. Dejar reposar por dos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Ya tienes todo listo para emplatar, te recomiendo hacerlo inmediatamente acabes tu receta para que este fresco y cremoso.
