Para ello, el chef <strong>Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n Castillo<\/strong>, embajador de KitchenAid Latam, comparten contigo una receta para preparar un Rib Eye en costra de pimienta.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27333\" src=\"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/jrc7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"867\" height=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>1 Rib Eye de 400 gramos<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de pimienta<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de ajo en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de mostaza Dijon<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de romero<\/li>\n<li>2 piezas de\u00a0Papa\u00a0Alpha (previamente cocidas)<\/li>\n<li>6 piezas de chile de agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Corta la papa en gajos. En un bowl a\u00f1ade aceite de oliva, sal, ajo en polvo, paprika y romero. Mezcla para sazonar. Ponlas en una charola y lleva al horno a 180\u00b0C por unos 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>En un bowl mezcla pimienta, sal y ajo en polvo para hacer un rub arom\u00e1tico. Enciende tu parrilla de gas KitchenAid.<\/li>\n<li>Unta la mostaza Dijon en el Rib Eye.<\/li>\n<li>En un plato, esparce el rub y luego coloca el Rib Eye, debe quedar completamente lleno. Agrega aceite de oliva en la parte superior.<\/li>\n<li>Agrega aceite de oliva y rub a los chiles de agua.<\/li>\n<li>En la parrilla coloca los chiles de agua y el Rib Eye para sellarlo.
