Te sorprender\u00e1 lo f\u00e1cil que es prepararla.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Para la masa<\/strong><br \/>\n65 g de mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente.<br \/>\n60 g de mantequilla de cacahuate.<br \/>\n100 g de az\u00facar.<br \/>\n50 g de az\u00facar mascabado.<br \/>\n1 huevo.<br \/>\n135 g de harina para reposter\u00eda.<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cucharada de extracto de vainilla.<br \/>\n4 g de polvo de hornear.<br \/>\n1 g de sal.<br \/>\n125 g de chispas de chocolate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Para el relleno<\/strong><br \/>\n120 g de crema de avellana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Utensilio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 sart\u00e9n NERA de Lagostina de 30 cm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Para decorar<\/strong><br \/>\nChocolate macizo de reposter\u00eda.<br \/>\nHelado de vainilla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 175\u00b0 cent\u00edgrados.<\/li>\n<li>En un\u00a0<em>bowl<\/em>\u00a0mezclar la mantequilla, la mantequilla de cacahuate y los dos tipos de az\u00facar hasta obtener una textura tersa.<\/li>\n<li>A la mezcla agregamos el huevo y el extracto de vainilla hasta que se incorporen totalmente al preparado.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos la harina, la sal, el polvo para hornear y mezclamos hasta integrar completamente todos los elementos. No deben quedar restos de harina.<\/li>\n<li>Para terminar, agregamos las chispas de chocolate y mezclamos para incorporarlos totalmente a la masa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Para hornear<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Divide la masa en dos partes.<\/li>\n<li>Unta con mantequilla una sart\u00e9n NERA de Lagostina.<\/li>\n<li>Extiende una de las dos partes de la masa sobre la sart\u00e9n, cubriendo completamente la superficie.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la masa extendida sobre el sart\u00e9n, \u00fantale la crema de avellana.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posteriormente con la otra parte de la masa cubre completamente la primera parte y decora con chispas de chocolate y los cuadros de chocolate macizo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hornea aproximadamente de 25 a 30 minutos a temperatura media.
