En esta temporada, mi platillo favorito es la hamburguesa de salm\u00f3n fresco, que con mi refrigerador Monogram, puedo mantener los pescados a la temperatura ideal y en perfectas condiciones\u00bb, FRESCO<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Para la hamburguesa<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gr salm\u00f3n fresco<\/li>\n<li>100 gr salm\u00f3n ahumado<\/li>\n<li>10 gr ceboll\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>20 gr cebolla roja<\/li>\n<li>10 gr eneldo<\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento rojo<\/li>\n<li>1 lim\u00f3n (jugo y ralladura)<\/li>\n<li>100 gr Panko<\/li>\n<li>50 gr queso de cabra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Quitar la piel del salm\u00f3n fresco.<\/li>\n<li>Picar la cebolla morada, el pimiento rojo y las hierbas.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar en trozos peque\u00f1os el salm\u00f3n fresco y el salm\u00f3n ahumado.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar todos los ingredientes en un procesador de alimentos, procesar durante un minuto.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar y conservar en el refrigerador durante una hora.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Para la ensalada de col<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd col blanca<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd col roja<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla blanca<\/li>\n<li>150 gr mayonesa fresca<\/li>\n<li>1 lim\u00f3n (jugo y ralladura)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd pi\u00f1a fresca<\/li>\n<li>30 gr ceboll\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>10 gr eneldo<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cortar finamente la col, la cebolla y la pi\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>Picar las hierbas.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar todos los ingredientes y sazonar con sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Para la salsa tartar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 gr mayonesa<\/li>\n<li>1 lim\u00f3n (jugo y ralladura)<\/li>\n<li>30 gr alcaparras<\/li>\n<li>30 gr cebolla roja<\/li>\n<li>5 gr eneldo<\/li>\n<li>30 gr pepinillos encurtidos dulces<\/li>\n<li>30 gr ceboll\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Picar las hierbas y la cebolla finamente.<\/li>\n<li>Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bowl.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Para el pepino en escabeche<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pepino<\/li>\n<li>500 gr vinagre blanco<\/li>\n<li>250 gr az\u00facar refinada<\/li>\n<li>10 hojas de laurel<\/li>\n<li>5 gr or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li>4 granos de pimienta gorda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclar el vinagre, az\u00facar, laurel, or\u00e9gano y pimienta gorda en un bowl y mantener en el refrigerador durante una hora.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar el pepino finamente y agregar a la mezcla anterior.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Para terminar la hamburguesa<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Con la mezcla del salm\u00f3n que tenemos en refrigeraci\u00f3n y armar las \u201cpatties\u201d (hamburguesas).<\/li>\n<li>Colocar la hamburguesa de salm\u00f3n en el pan de hamburguesa, agregar al gusto: aguacate, lechuga, cebolla en rodajas,
