{"id":70243,"date":"2020-11-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/weekend-chef-ceviche-de-pulpo-frito-para-el-fin\/"},"modified":"2020-11-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-11-06T00:00:00","slug":"weekend-chef-ceviche-de-pulpo-frito-para-el-fin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vipexperiences.mx\/ar\/2020\/11\/06\/weekend-chef-ceviche-de-pulpo-frito-para-el-fin\/","title":{"rendered":"Weekend chef: lleva el mar a tu mesa con este ceviche de pulpo frito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prepara en casa estas recetas que nos comparte el chef ejecutivo Sergio Turriza del hotel Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort &amp; Spa, con ingredientes f\u00e1ciles de conseguir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ceviche de pulpo frito<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes (1 porci\u00f3n):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr Pulpo cocido<\/li>\n<li>30 gr Cebolla morada fileteada<\/li>\n<li>15 gr Cilantro fresco picado<\/li>\n<li>30 gr Jitomate cortado en cubos<\/li>\n<li>30 gr Aguacate Hass<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta negra al gusto<\/li>\n<li>2 limones<\/li>\n<li>Aceite vegetal para fre\u00edr el pulpo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fr\u00ede el pulpo en aceite a temperatura alta para lograr una textura crujiente y cocina alrededor de 3 minutos o hasta que se logre la textura deseada.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez frito el pulpo, corta en rodajas aproximadamente de un 1cm y coloca en un bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Agrega en el siguiente orden: cilantro, cebolla, jitomate, sal, pimienta y el jugo de los<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla bien y rectifica saz\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Emplata y agrega el aguacate en cubos. Acompa\u00f1a con Totopos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Para cocer el pulpo (para 5 personas):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 kg Pulpo<\/li>\n<li>300 gr Cebolla blanca<\/li>\n<li>100 gr Apio(opcional)<\/li>\n<li>200 gr Zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>1 pza Chile habanero entero (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>5 gr Hojas de laurel<\/li>\n<li>5 gr Pimienta entera<\/li>\n<li>50 gr Ajo<\/li>\n<li>3 pzas Lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>50 gr Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Corta todos los vegetales a <em>grosso.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Coloca el pulpo en una olla con agua y agrega todos los vegetales.<\/li>\n<li>Agrega el jugo de los limones a la olla y deja la c\u00e1scara dentro.<\/li>\n<li>Agrega el resto de los ingredientes y lleva a ebullici\u00f3n.
